The 42nd Generation (Three Stripes for the sons) Part #020 Message #0227

Part # 020

Title; The 42nd Generation (Three Stripes for the sons)

2 Corinthians 11:24

24 Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one.

The #5 speaks of Favor, Grace and the five-fold ministry.

Strong’s H2568 – chamesh   khä·māsh’

The 13th letter of the Hebrew alphabet that speaks of water, what flows down = immensity, or chaos.

Represented by the #40 which speaks of trial and probation.

The #40 is a result of the #4 x #10 which is = 40

So all that is carnal, fleshly and worldly has been multiplied 10 times. The #10 speaks of testing and the law. So all that is worldly, fleshly and carnal must be tested by the law or the standards and principles of God.

Law is set principles and regulations established in a community by an authority applicable to its people, whether in the form of legislation or of custom and policies recognized and enforced by judicial decision.

Any written or positive rule or collection of rules prescribed under the authority of the state or nation, as by the people in its constitution.

Strong’s H8451 – towrah  tō·rä’

The Law speaks of direction, direction, instruction. A body of legal directives,

The 22nd letter of the Hebrew Alphabet which speaks of a sign, signature, mark, a cross, the sealing of a covenant.

Represented by the #400 which speaks of a period of time that is perfect.

The 6th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet which speaks of a nail, a hook, that which is used to fasten, join together, secure, and add.

Represented by the #6 which speaks of man

The 20th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet which speaks of the head, leader, person, the one who is in the highest position of authority.

Represented by the #200 which speaks of insufficiency

The 5th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet which speaks of a window, to behold, to reveal divine inspiration, that which comes through favor.

Represented by the #5 which speaks of Grace and the five-fold ministry

This “Tora” or Law was implemented and put in place to place limit upon man to keep him in line with the principles of the one who wrote the Law.

See, the #22 speaks of son-ship or the sons of light, so God through his divine purpose has super imposed his son in the form of a carnal man to create a new covenant and set a seal of redemption upon his sons that will bring them into a place where time is unlimited. Through the nailing and fastening of the Son of God to the Cross, he was able to secure our salvation and make us part of his eternal Kingdom, though we were destined for death being carnal. The #20 speaks of the blood and we know that Jesus shed his blood upon the Cross for you and me. So he who is the head of all things even Christ, has showed his righteousness to the Father in our place because our righteousness is as filthy rags and has deemed us insufficient and unworthy and unable to redeem ourselves. But by the Grace of God toward us, we are now accepted in the beloved.

Genesis 2:17

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 3:9-11

And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

Genesis 3:17

17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Romans 8:20

20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

The Law was first given to Adam and to Eve in the Garden of Eden with a hope in the mind of God knowing that Man would eventually sin. So in preparation for what was about to take place, God had to place divine limit upon his own creation for a great purpose. See, God had to place divine limit upon man, knowing that man was insufficient of saving himself should he fail because he was created out of the dust of the ground as a carnal being and became a living soul. So looking very closely at the plan of God, he incorporated the Law.

  • #22 speaks of son-ship and the sons of light and we know that God is light so if we are the sons of light then we are also the sons of God.
  • #400 speaks of a perfect period of time and we also know that God is bringing us into a place where we will live and reign with him forever.
  • #6 speaks of man and his carnal Adamic nature and character, the carnal side of man.
  • #20 speaks of the blood and we know that in order for man to ever get back to God he would have to be redeemed and we also know that it is only the blood of Jesus that is able to remit sin and redeem man back to God.
  • #200 speaks of the insufficiency of man because man was unable to save himself.
  • #5 speaks of Grace and the divine favor of God that would be made available to man and would not require any physical work on the behalf of man.

So we are now able to see that God is the one who subjected Adam to hope, not with the help of Adam but with a greater purpose in mind, it was all God’s doing when he imposed the Law upon man. So this creature “Adam” was made to subject himself to the characteristics of the carnal mind, not at his own will but at the will of his creator. Knowing that Adam was the beginning of his creation and not the final product of a man in the express image of himself.

Romans 4:13

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

The Law was put into motion by God but man broke the Law and because of the principles set forth, man was judged. And because of man’s rebellion, God had to intervene and set faith in motion to bring about constant change from one generation to another.

Romans 5:20

20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

Romans 8:2

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Romans 8:4

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Galatians 2:19

19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

The 13th Son

The #13 speaks of Jesus being the 13th son which is also representative of the sons of Jesus that was to come out of Jesus.

The #13 is a result of #10 + #3

So through the Law and the test, God implemented his plan of completion to bring his many sons to glory.

Genesis 5:32

32 And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Genesis 6:8

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

Looking at the principle of Grace represented by the #5 and the #3 which is represented by the three sons of Noah, we can clearly see Shem, Ham and Japheth was a product of Grace or the sons of Grace. So Noah who being just like Jesus, who in essence is Grace himself is bring forth many sons that will be full of the God head, Father, son and the Holy Spirit, so we are the sons of Grace, the sons of Jesus.

Genesis 7:6

And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

Genesis 8:6

And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:

The #6 which represents the flesh and the #40 which speaks of testing and the Law as described above.

Genesis 6:3

And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Acts 1:15

15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)

So God said that his spirit shall not always strive with man because he is flesh. So in order for the spirit of God to strive or live with man and in man, the flesh of man would have to die or be brought to an end. So the #120 represents the end of all flesh. See, it took the flood waters which represents the judgment of God bringing an end to the carnal man just like the spirit of God at the upper room would bring an end to all flesh when the spirit of God takes over. We are at our greatest strength when God takes over.
