Matthew 5:3

3Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed: from the Hebrew H1288 Barak Beyt-Resh-Daleth (To be favored or to favor oneself) (the ability to chose) to chose to be favored.

  • All of creation is a house in relationship to God
  • God’s desire to make for Himself a dwelling place in lower reality.
  • The #2 the second letter of the Hebrew alphabet, the #2 speaks of a testimony or a rebellion. How can two walk together unless they both agree.
  • Man’s ability to chose between good and evil, choosing to make his body the house of God.
  • The power to bless in fullness, the fullness of God being revealed in his creation.
  • This house is God’s house
  • The Torah teaches “They shall build me a Temple and I will dwell in them”

Resh-Head or Beginning

  • The two letters that fill the letter reish are yud and shin, spelling yeish, which means “something,”
  • we are taught that though the lower “something,” the “created something,” appears to be totally separate from the consciousness of its Creator and the creative force which continuously brings it into existence,
  • As that lower something, God sees value in each of us.
  • The insight of Divine wisdom is the “nothing” between the two states of “something,” whose ultimate purpose is to serve to draw the consciousness of the “True Something” into the experience of the lower “something.”
  • The separation of something and nothing is the first day of our true beginning.
  • Resh is declared by the #200 which declares that
    • Creation begins from the “middle point” of God’s Infinite Light.
  • The evolving of the “Kingdom of the Infinite.”
  • The King and His people.

  • Speaks of the door that stands in the opening of the house
  • In regard to an arrogant person God says: “I and he cannot dwell together.” The door to God’s house allows for the humble of spirit to enter.
  • Pride is the result of an exalted ego, man in his rebellious stage, Adam’s inheritance.
  • The door is not intended for us to enter in but for God to come into his house who are we.
  • Lose the pride and God will come in
  • Represented by the #4 which speaks of the elements of the earth, all that is carnal or carnal man who needs to decrease so God can increase or come in.

Root Word ptōchos  from the Greek G4434 which means to crowch down which is the Greek word Akin which comes from

G4422 and the alternate of G4098

1) reduced to beggary, begging, asking alms (I need you Lord)

2) destitute of wealth, influence, position, honour ( I am nothing on my own)

a) lowly, afflicted, destitute of the Christian virtues and eternal riches ( my riches is like filthy rags )

b) helpless, powerless to accomplish an end ( I am nothing without you )

c) poor, needy ( I have room in my inn for you )

3) lacking in anything ( I need you to come and fill my lack of Godliness )

a) Destitute for truth ( that truth is God )

We have heard from our elders and those who were before us that “LUCIFER” is the devil and at that name we inflict fear. Lucifer has been taught to be a bad word. To call someone “Lucifer” is a reflection of having an evil nature.

The word “Lucifer” comes from 2 Latin words:

Lux (=light) + ferous (=to bear or carry). Thus the name “Lucifer” means: Light-bearer or Light-bringer.

In the English version of the Bible the name “Lucifer” appears only one time–in Isaiah 14:12. This reads:

1. “How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning…”

2. “Lucifer” is not an English word, but a Latin word.

2 Peter 1:19 reads : “…until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts.

2 Peter 1:19 KJV

19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

2 Peter 1:19 Amplified

19 And we have the prophetic word [made] firmer still. You will do well to pay close attention to it as to a lamp shining in a dismal (squalid and dark) place, until the day breaks through [the gloom] and the Morning Star rises ([a]comes into being) in your hearts.

The two words “day star” are a translation of the one Greek word “phosphoros.” This comes from the two Greek words:

Phos (=light) + phero (=to bear or carry). Thus the Greek word “phosphoros” means Light-bearer or Light-bringer.

Anyone who knows both, Greek and Latin, can verify that the Greek word “Phosphoros” and the Latin word “Lucifer” are absolutely, one hundred percent identical in meaning. “Lucifer” is the perfect translation into Latin of the Greek word “Phosphoros.”

This 19th verse without a doubt speaks of Jesus for we know that he is indeed the day star, the light bringer. He said “I am the light of the world”.

Isaiah 14:12 is the only verse in the Bible that uses the word “Lucifer” in the Hebrew. The people who translated the Bible for King James were the ones who determined that this word should be “Lucifer.” The Hebrew has no such meaning at all. In fact the word does not even sound like the word Lucifer.

  1. Isaiah 14:12 The Hebrew for this expression—“light-bringer” or “shining one”—is translated “Lucifer” in The Latin Vulgate, and is thus translated in the King James Version.
  2. Luke 10:18 is an explanation of Isa. 14:12, which many authorities believe is not true. “Lucifer,” the light-bringer, is the Latin equivalent of the Greek word “Phosphoros,” which is used as a title of Christ in
  3. II Pet. 1:19 and corresponds to the name “radiant and brilliant Morning Star” in
  4. Rev. 22:16, a name Jesus called Himself. This passage here in
  5. Isa. 14:13 clearly applies to the king of Babylon.

a male sovereign or monarch; a man who holds by life tenure, and usually by hereditary right, the chief authority over a country and people.

Comes from the Hebrew word H1101 Babel PEY-LAMED-LAMED

Babel or Babylon = “confusion (by mixing)”

Which comes from the Hebrew word “teh’·vel”  PEY-TAV-LAMED

Confusion: the act of confusing. the state of being confused. disorder; upheaval; tumult; chaos: lack of clearness or distinctness:

When we invite confusion in, we lose our distinctness, we lose our identity, we try to become who we are not. See, we came from our Father God and if we really want to become all that we were designed to be, we will need to be identified with our Father. Our maker and creator. The word of God declares that we have all gone our own way, we have all become right in our own eyes.

Psalm 16:11

11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

2 Timothy 3:1-5

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Titus 3:3

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

Hebrew 11:24-25

24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;

25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

1) Babel or Babylon, the ancient site and/or capital of Babylonia (modern Hillah) situated on the Euphrates

Here is the facts; Adam was created by God and made King of the creation that God had made and gave him authority to rule and reign in the garden. Adam became King of the earth, not just King of the garden.

Before the fall of Adam he had all authority and dominion over all of the earth and its creatures.

After the fall of Adam he lost his authority and dominion and became susceptible to the very thing that he once ruled. See, when he ate, or allowed sin into his life, he became confused because his knowledge became mixed and perverted. When we invite and allow the spirit of confusion into our lives our minds go into battle. Right against wrong, sin against righteousness, truth against lies. We become confused, disdained and troubled. We develop what is called an inability to think straight, unable to discern right from wrong.

See, “BABEL” is not a name but a word that was used to describe a condition but in translation the true meaning of expression got lost. This King (Adam) who once ruled the earth with all authority and dominion became confused and began to speak a perverted word. To say this another way, he began to speak “EVIL”.

A corrupt language came forth out of his mouth. He started out as a created good son of God that became a corrupted sinful son of God. He started out as King of the garden but ended up becoming the king of corruption and confusion.

The Hebrew word “BABEL” comes from the root word H1101 balal

Which means:

anoint, confound, fade, mingle, mix self, give provender, temper

A primitive root; to overflow (specifically with oil.); by implication, to mix; also (denominatively from bliyl) to fodder — anoint, confound, X fade, mingle, mix (self), give provender, temper.

Tells of an anointing as with oil, a mixed oil, a contaminated oil that is poured out upon the head and begins to corrupt the mind that contaminates the entire body.

1) to mix, mingle, confuse, confound

1) to mingle, confuse

b) (Hithpoel) to mix oneself (among others)

c) (Hiphil) to fade away

So this King of the Garden as he began to mix and mingle with the evil one, his authority and dominion began to fade away and brought confusion to his understanding and knowledge.

BEIT: God’s dwelling place below

LAMED: Aspirations of the heart of man

LAMED: the root of the letter “YUD” which speaks of the infinite point

The part of the letter BEIT carries the root of the letter “REISH” which speaks of (process and the art of clarification)

So we see that God intended for man to become his dwelling place and temple on the earth. So he created man with aspirations within his own heart that will bring him through a defining process where he would recognize God and arrive and become one with the infinite God. But Adam lost his ability to see clearly.

Luke 10:18 Amplified

18 And He said to them, I saw Satan falling like a lightning [flash] from heaven.

Satan: From the Hebrew “sä·tän’” (H7853)

1) adversary, one who withstands

a) adversary (in general – personal or national)

2) superhuman adversary

From the Greek (G4566)  “sä-tä-nä’s” from Aramaic origin, meaning is the same as the Hebrew.
